Project and Development
Guided by the maritime tradition and vocation of Cascais, the Nautical Building – Cascais aims to be a landmark of its own time with a simple and contemporary design. Designed by the architects at Subvert Studio, its personality is closely linked to its seaside location, transforming nautical language into architectural expression, reflected in its forms, materials, and colors. The most striking feature of the Nautical Building – Cascais is its ceramic filigree façade, which, resembling ocean waves, gives the building a sense of movement and dynamism.
The Nautico Building – Cascais consists of 28 apartments, distributed across two wings—one facing east and the other south—where the types vary between T0, T2, and T3, with areas ranging from 50 to 204 m². The interiors prioritize comfort and functionality, showcasing high-quality finishes and equipment. All units come with storage and parking spaces.
On the outside, the building resembles an imposing ship atop the waves, while inside it transforms into a space dedicated to comfort and well-being, making the Nautical Building – Cascais the perfect harbor of refuge. Arriving at the Nautical Building – Cascais feels like coming home; it’s a safe haven.
