*Second Bedroom: Situated on the east side, adjacent to the living room. This room also boasts a double bed and can be seamlessly converted into an extension of the living area, providing flexible living arrangements.
Living Room: A spacious and inviting area equipped with a white sofa bed, a dining table, a cozy sofa, and a TV. This room is perfect for relaxing, entertaining guests, or enjoying a quiet evening.
Kitchen: A fully equipped and modern kitchen that includes all necessary appliances and utensils. Ideal for preparing home-cooked meals or enjoying a quick snack.
Bathrooms: The apartment features 2 full bathrooms, both designed with modern fixtures to ensure your comfort and convenience.
Passage Room: This versatile space between the living room and kitchen includes 2 single support beds, making it ideal for additional guests or family members.
Balcony: Enjoy the open balcony (marquise) which offers a charming view and a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including all rooms and amenities. The property is equipped with high-speed internet, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10AM.
No pets allowed.
No smoking inside the apartment.
Please note that, for safety reasons, we regretfully cannot accommodate children under the age of 10 due to the balcony height.
Guest access
We want all of our guests to feel at home and comfortable during their stay. As such, guests have access to the entirety of our Airbnb property, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large and comfortable living room and a stunning and sunny balcony!
We kindly ask that all guests treat the property with respect and adhere to our house rules and manual. This includes being mindful of noise levels during quiet hours, not damaging any furniture or appliances, and leaving the property in good condition upon departure.
We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. If there are any specific questions or requests you have during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Other things to note
– CHECKIN PROCESS:
Enjoy the convenience of arriving at your own schedule with our easy self-check-in process. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to access the property using a lockbox/keypad entry system. This allows you to check in independently without the need for direct interaction with the host. Rest assured, we’re always available to assist you throughout your stay via messaging or phone call.
– LOST KEY FEE
Please note that in the event that a key is lost or not returned at checkout, a 500 EUROS lost key fee will be charged to replace the key and re-key the lock if necessary. We recommend that you keep the key in a safe place and do not share it with anyone outside of your group to avoid any potential loss or misplaced keys. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you at our property.
– CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS
Please note that our property features a large and high balcony, which is not suitable for young children. The safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
– PARTIES
To maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors, parties are not allowed in our Airbnb property. Noise can travel very easily in shared spaces, and we want to make sure that other guests and the nearby community’s enjoyment of the area is not disrupted. We kindly ask that you respect our no-party policy and ensure that all guests understand this requirement. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful and enjoyable environment for all.
– NOISE
Guests should respect designated quiet hours and should not disturb the surrounding community with a disruptive level of noise (ex: loud music, shouting, slamming doors, etc.).
We want to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and restful stay, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the noise level to a minimum. Thank you for your understanding.
– PETS
Regrettably, we are unable to allow pets in our Airbnb property, due to the potential for allergies and additional cleaning measures that may be required. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and at home during their stay, and are happy to provide recommendations for nearby pet-friendly accommodations if needed. Thank you for your understanding in our no pet policy.
– NO SMOKING
For the comfort and safety of all our guests and to maintain a clean and fresh environment, smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vapes, is strictly prohibited inside our Airbnb property.
We kindly request that all guests refrain from smoking inside our property and instead use designated areas outside the building as necessary. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in extra cleaning charges.
We appreciate your consideration in maintaining a smoke-free and pleasant environment for all guests and your cooperation in adhering to our no smoking policy. Thank you for your understanding.
– ACCOMMODATION FORM
As per the Portuguese Law, all short-term rental accommodations are required to submit a bulletin to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) with the identification information about the guests staying at the property. As such, all guests staying at our Airbnb property are required to provide their identification details, including full name, nationality, date of birth, country of residence, and passport or identification number.
We kindly ask for your cooperation in providing this information upon your arrival at the property. Any failure to do so may result in fines and may endanger the legal status of our accommodation.
