Cascais Villa du Soleil is a very special, sunny, large villa characterized by it’s country classic style and an exclusive location between Cascais and Guincho Beach.
This Villa has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large and bright living room with access to the private Garden and Pool.
Ideal House to enjoy good moments of tranquility with family or friends less than 5 minutes drive from the main places of Cascais.

In the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, the Villa breathes tranquility that can be reconciled with golf, tennis, horse riding and various water sports such as sailing, surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Villa Du Soleil has:

Please note that check-in between 15h00-20h00 is free of charge.

ACCOMMODATION BULLETIN:
The apartment is fully registered at Turismo de Portugal, and supervised by the local authorities, and we need to report all guests to the national authorities.
TOURIST TAX:
Please note that a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
LOST KEYS FEE:
Note that the cost of a new key and/or changing the locks has a fee of 150€.
